- We accept both COD and prepaid orders.
- Product prices can change without any prior notice to the consumer.
- At the time of placing an order, shipping and handling charges may vary as per placement area and zone.
Shipment Delivery Time:
- Purchases are shipped by reputable logistics service partners from our respective warehouse. From the time your order is received, your purchase is processed and packed within 24 working hours. You can expect delivery of your purchase within 3-5 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays).
- For other remote areas delivery time may exceed up to 12 business days from the time of shipment.
- Orders would be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Saturday (9am – 7pm) excluding any national holiday & festival.
- You can track your order using tracking details sent to you on email/SMS or you can also track through your account.
- Product received needs to be signed for upon delivery. In your absence any family member, neighbour or colleague can receive your order upon signing. However Wonder Bath does not take any responsibility for goods in case of products received by an alternative person.
- Wonder Bath is not responsible for any damage caused post-delivery.
- For damage reports, individuals need to report the complaint within 24 hours after delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges may vary based on product size, volume, type and packaging. Final rates of shipping and handling would reflect at the time of check out or before making the final payment for product purchased.
- We do not accept returns in case of in-transit movement of products like item move within the courier package, product shifted to one side etc.
Order Related Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products you will be entitled to either get a replacement of the products. Please note in both the cases you need to self-ship the products. Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and issue replacement as per your requirement. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products. The Wonder Bath is not responsible for damage after delivery of product. Please allow two to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete. All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of delivery. - We always try to keep our inventory updated and keep as much as low chances of showcasing out of stock in any variant of our products. Even if the case arises you can send your request to our mail id we would respond to you at earliest.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped to the destination.
- For safety reason, once a product is ordered it cannot be cancelled or refundable.
